Pickle and mushrooms in Suzdal


     100 grams of dried mushrooms
     2.3 pickles
     2 onions
     2.4 potatoes
     2.1 Root parsley or celery
     2-3 tbsp. l. oil
     sour cream, salt and herbs to taste

Preparation: Dried mushrooms soaked, then boiled until tender and cut into strips. Chop the onion half rings, parsley root and celery - julienned and lightly browned. Cucumbers cut diamonds (rough skin clean, large seeds removed) and cook in a little water. Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes, drop into boiling mushroom broth and cook until soft. Then put the onions, roots, pickled cucumber, salt, spices and bring to perfection. Before serving, put the mushrooms and sour cream.
