1st breakfast.

A glass of unsweetened tea or a cup of black coffee.

2nd breakfast.

40 g of cheese.

Lunch time.

Hard-boiled egg,
120 g of meat (cooked)
20 g of cheese.

Dinner.

120 g of meat.
Vegetable salad with vegetable oil.

Before going to bed drink a glass of mint broth (to relieve tension).

After seven days you will see that dumped 3-4 kg. If you are still not normal, repeat in two weeks diet
