sbiten dry


     2 liters of water
     150 g honey
     1 / 2 teaspoon black peppercorns, ginger, anise and herbs, coriander
     2 clove bud
     1 / 2 tsp powdered nutmeg and cinnamon

Cooking: Spices potoloch, grind, mix, rub through a sieve and store in tightly sealed jars or bottles.
Before use, water and honey (or sugar) boil for 15-20 minutes, add spices to taste, boil for 10 minutes, drain and serve hot sbiten.
