Grate into a bowl with fresh red carrot grater, add the juice squeezed lemon, honey and some fruit (your choice) eat what we got, instead of breakfast, lunch and dinner, and so - for three days, on fourth day, you can add a bit of fried potatoes and bread, on the fifth day - you can go to a regular diet for you.
