Rice Diet for weight loss

Day 6:
Breakfast: rice + 2 dates, 4 walnuts, figs 1-2 berries and a pear.
Lunch: vegetable soup, rice with raw vegetables (cucumbers, sweet peppers), mint and 1 tablespoon. l. of olive oil.
Dinner: vegetable soup, rice with 1-2 chopped apples, 1 tbsp. l. sour cream and 1 / 2 tsp of honey.
Day 7:
Breakfast: rice with apple and pear (chopped), a few drops of lemon and 1 tsp honey, 1 / 2 servings of yoghurt.
Lunch: vegetable soup, a portion of green salad, rice with 1 tomato and green beans, cooked in steam.
Dinner: vegetable soup, rice with steamed zucchini, 1 tsp olive oil, 5 olives, basil.
